The Caribbean Postal Union (CPU) and Jamaica Post are pleased to invite you to the
25th Annual Caribbean Postal Union (CPU) Conference and the 19th Caribbean
Council of Ministers of Postal Affairs (CCMPA) meeting in Kingston, Jamaica from
September 11th to September 15th, 2023 (face–to–face), under the theme “CPU at 25
Years: Evolving for Economic Sustainability”. The Agenda for both meetings
will follow.
The ROK Hotel in Kingston has been selected as the official accommodation.
Conference will be held at the Jamaica Post Headquarters, also in Kingston. The
CCMPA meeting will be held at the ROK Hotel on September 15th, 2023.
The ROK Hotel standard room rates, including applicable taxes, service charges and
breakfast are:
– US $173.40 per night (single occupancy)
– US $185.50 per night (double occupancy)

Ground transportation will be provided by Jamaica Post, to and from airport and
Jamaica Post Headquarters.
