The Conference
Postmasters General convene to review strategy and elect the Secretariat’s leadership.

Management Board
Oversees the Secretariat’s operations and budget between Conference sessions.
OPERATIONS
The Secretariat
Carries out the Union’s day-to-day work from Castries, led by the Secretary General.
Formed to strengthen postal services across the Caribbean.
With support from the European Union and the CARIFORUM group of states, fifteen Caribbean postal administrations signed the CPU Convention in 1997, formally launching the Union at a meeting of Postmasters General in Saint Lucia.
Today 25 Caribbean administrations — plus the USA, Canada, UK, France and the Netherlands — work under the Secretariat’s coordination to improve service security and regional training.
