Mr. Samuel Brangman Jr. (Sam)
Sam Brangman Jr., was born and raised in Bermuda, has worked with the Bermuda Post Office for almost 15 years, and has been Postmaster General since 2021. PMG Brangman holds a Masters’ Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and is a UPU Postal Security and Disaster Risk Management (DRM) Expert and consultant on postal technical and operational matters.
As communicated, his efforts will be geared towards increasing engagement within the Caribbean region, improving postal administration leadership and management, inclusive of improved staff training and development, while continuing to support and provide technical assistance to designated operators, to modernize and compete for long-term sustainability.
